This is yet another late entry. Shai should really be more diligent in updating her blog. :)
Anyway, last saturday, we had our very first choir in the year 2009. We had worship! Through the worship, God spoke to His people, reminding us to serve not for anything esle but His glory; not with anything else but clean hands and pure hearts. It may sound cliche. However, to achieve clean hands and pure hearts, we really got to work continuously and keep choosing the righteous and holy over the sinful and carnal. God has spoken! So, we've got lots of work to do!

Through this worship, I'm really convicted that worship is an important platform for God to speak to His people; to encourage the discouraged, to heal the hurt and to correct the uncorrected. It also amazes me how God is so willing to partnership with us in this work to help and heal the souls of people. :)
"You can't lead people to where you have not been to" Shai needs to grow in her personal worship time with God and prayer life. All these resulting in greater intimacy with her Lord Jesus Christ. It's not going to be easy, especially when school is starting soon. But, I believe that with the help of my Almighty God, I can! :)
