something i learnt from the SE2221 module...hee... interlocking pattern...
it is where grp of people each play a distinct melody in its timing, forming a composit melody as a whole picture...at any point in time, if anybody plays a bit too fast or a bit too slow, the whole picture will be gone...tt's y it's interlocking...:)
hee...similarly, in a team, everybody got to do his/her part to the best they know how...if not, it'll spoil the entire picture of unity n harmony...:)
sooooooooooooo...shai got to do the best tt she knows how even if it might b a bit beyond her...:)
