being a leader is more den juz carrying out the written responsibilities...it's also about inspiring pple to carry on in doing God's will even when things may not seem to be gg the right way...
which means, even when the whole team is complaining or whining, u r not supposed to go w the flow!...take a moment, breath, wait upon the Lord n draw strength n joy from Him...:)
